We work with you on floor plans, exterior style, and interior finishes. You'll see the full design and get a locked-in price before we break ground.

02 Foundation & Site Prep

We handle permits, grading, and concrete slab work — building a solid foundation for your barndominium.

03 Steel Frame & Envelope

Erecting the steel frame, roofing, siding, and getting the structure weather-tight. Most frames go up in just a few days.
